Synchronicity Theatre Education has some exciting opportunities for you! For the first time ever, Synchronicity Theatre Education is inviting outside teaching artists to participate in a part of their Education Retreat for professional development and learning.
This August, join Synchronicity teaching artists in expanding their skillsets and bolstering their support system during one (or BOTH) of these summer development opportunities:
Teaching with Empathy WORKSHOP led by Izabel Durst (1 hr - $35)
WHEN: Saturday, August 9th, 2025 @ 2:00-3:00pm EDT
This one-hour workshop will expand your empathetic approach, gain you access to Izabel Durst's particular expertise - as a teaching artist who specializes in teaching neuro-divergent students - and bring you into the room with like-minded teaching artists.
Directing while Teaching MASTERCLASS by Eric Little (1.5 hr - $35)
WHEN: Sunday, August 10th @ 11:00am - 12:30pm EDT
For this 90 minute masterclass, Eric Little - a professional Theatre Director and Professor of Theatre at Clark University - will give you a new insight into how to successfully guide students while engaging them in a professional yet fun atmosphere.
Optional ADD-ON! For an additional $15 charge, you can select to enjoy lunch with Eric Little and other teaching artists for a round-table discussion immediately following the masterclass! *Lunch registration is separate.*
